Furcio playing techno music somewhere in Barcelona (2022)
(ENG) I composed this musical theme in the summer of 2018, I was at the Digital Festival that was held in Barcelona that summer, I had the opportunity to see Robert Hood live playing a collection of techno songs «made in the USA», it made me dance a lot and I left wanting to try to capture that session spirit, highly danceable, easy to mix and without pretensions to being an underground sound, it was a sound that all of us of an age had heard from many other artists in the past. In my opinion Robert did it incredibly well, so much so that it motivated me to do this song.
(ESP) Este tema musical lo compuse en el verano del 2018, estuve en el Digital Festival que se realizaba en Barcelona en ese verano, tuve la oportunidad de ver a Robert Hood en directo tocando una colección de temas de techno «made in USA» , me hizo bailar mucho y salí con las ganas de tratar de plasmar ese espíritu de sesión, altamente bailable, fácil de mezclar y sin pretensiones de ser un sonido underground, era un sonido que todos los que tenemos una edad habíamos escuchado a muchos otros artistas en el pasado, en mi opinión Robert lo hizo increíblemente bien, tanto que me motivo para hacer este tema.

One of my passions is to investigate the different possibilities that technology currently offers to create a DJ Set. I use a hybrid digital-analog set, this is possible mainly thanks to the Model One mixer (Play Differently by Allen Heat) with it I can integrate different sound sources and allowing a high range of improvisation and sound cohesion, taking into account that the style that I play is Techno at 135 bpm.
